Plumbing Woes

Idiot plumber didn't finish the job yesterday. He didn't have a pipe to fit, so he capped off the cold water to the upstairs apartment. now whenever they run any water, our bathroom floods. Then he doesn't come back today to fix it. thats right does not. The landlord called us this afternoon to tell us that the plumber would be in tomorrow. We'll see. |
