I don't know how many of you see or read the Lewiston Sun/Journal. If you do than over the last couple of days you would have seen articles about a shooting on Horton Street. My landlord decided to tell some trespassers to leave, and when they pulled a knife, he pulled a gun and shot one in the ass. Of course, the "victim" says he usually has a knife with him, but didn't that night. The cops found a knife near the scene. My landlord is being charged with "Elevated Aggravated Assault". whatever that means. I personally think that he might have over reacted to the trespassing, but if there was a threat to his life, than he did nothing wrong. | ||

Wolfie he should be able to use self defense because he was threatned with deadly force. he will have to wait for the grand jury to decide. lesson here 2 to the body one to the head and the dead man cant talk
