We completed the move, but Fairpoint still hasn't gotten our phone hooked up. We hve to use our cell phones to access the internet. Verizon Wireless has a great deal going for that.
Fairpoint had told us we would have our phone and internet on 2/11. On the 11th, I called them, used up all my cell minutes, only to find out it was changed to the 17th. On the 17th, they told me they had lost the order, and they set up a new order for March 2nd. We'll see. As soon as I can, I will be changing to a responsible phone company.
