I liked Amy's humiliation most. The pain, the medical stuff and the girl-on-girl scenes made the humiliation more obvious, but for me they were only setting the stage. Amy's emotional and sexual reactions as she was used and made into a helpless toy, even a cow, and her deep submissive arousal...
