Interesting point Silvertongue, I had just thought that the second pair of tits would be right below the first pair, and while they'd sag more and probably hang over the front of our jeans, i think women with 4 tits would just lift them up to fasten their jeans normally so no 44 inch waists. And, good idea about having 4 hands, but if we had 4 tits and u didn't have 4 hands at least u could have your hands on two and your mouth on 1, so one would be free and maybe that would be the one she could play with?
