Ok, so since I didnt want a repeat of last night's predicament, I decided that I definitely needed to limit the amount of time I had the ice water bottles on my nipples... so I've been putting them on for ten-minute increments, then giving them a few minutes to shrink back to normal size before putting them right back on.
