I can't remember if I posted this here or not, but if I did, I still hope to get answers: Hotlists and Flirts Do people get a decent amount of e-mail from using Hotlist and Flirts? I Browse the Who's on line... and Flirts and Hotlist I use those means of contacting people, and it seems a lot of people at least view my profile, and a fair number Hotlist or "flirt" with me in return. Not being a premium member, I cannot e-mail the folks who Hot-list or "flirt" with me. But I do try to Hotlist and "flirt" back with folks that seem to be compatible with me. It can be for a number of reasons. You are not a new member here, so it's not going to be that anyone worries that you're a "fake" profile..... but when we receive flirts or hotlists from a profile that's just been created within the previous 24 hours, it's usually banned within the next 24 hours for solicitation of personal contact info. Another reason you may not get a response is simply because the person may not see you as a truly complementary match for who they are looking for. Regardless of what people put in their profiles, that only touches upon what they fully want. So, for whatever reason, they simply might not be interested. If they are standard members, then they have the same restrictions that you have..... meaning that they can flirt or hotlist in return, but cannot send or receive e-mails ~ or are severely limited in who and how they can contact people. A fourth reason is typically that people are only here for cyber-interactions via chatrooms or blogs or web cams or IM's..... and thus aren't interested in people who are looking to actually meet. And finally, some people just don't even look at the winks and hotlists they receive because the vast majority of them are the aforementioned "fake" profiles. In all, the amount of actual e-mails you receive turns out to be about the typical amount..... because those who receive more than that are usually receiving rude and offensive e-mails by people who simply enjoy offending people, or are spamming. The other thing to bear in mind is that you are pretty clear about the person having to be bald..... well, there are only so many men who are bald, or shave their heads, and not all of them are going to be into exactly what you are looking for..... For others, it can be a difference in age or distance. That's about all I can tell you. In the past you have also been clear about a boyfriend who arranges encounters for you, and many will simply not want to deal with someone who has a boyfriend, or just be a one-time, or a perceived one of many, encounter. Everyone has their own comfort zones ~ and some of the things you have discussed in the past, or are wanting now, is just outside of their own comfort zone. So, especially those who have limited contact ability, will not spend an e-mail for the purpose of saying, "thank you for the interest, but I don't feel we're compatible." You must understand, too, that dominant and switch men receive a lot of hotlists and flirts, and it simply reaches the point of not wanting to respond to each and every one of them. Like you, I tend to utilize flirts for what they are ~ to see if the person might have a return interest before taking the time to write out an e-mail..... kind of like when you walk into a club and see someone who catches your eye, and you smile at them, and see if they smile back before you waste your time going up to them to strike up a conversation. Unfortunately, it seems, that many people here have a general disdain towards the flirt feature. But, there are many people here who are not actually looking to get to know people, who are instead here for only cyber role-play. Thus, they never respond to anyone outside of the blogs, groups, magazine, or chatrooms. And because so many are here for cyber-only play, many of the people who are sincerely looking to get to know someone have ended up leaving, or have given up on trying to meet someone. Which basically means, that although it shows there are over 2 million members ~ and 8,100 members on-line now ~ the actual number of people who are open to meeting someone are but a fraction of that. And the majority of the men who fit into that category are standard members who cannot send e-mails. So, you either must have patience, or reconsider as to whether a person being "bald" is really a must-have requirement; as being that specific narrows down your possibilities immensely. From what I have read, of yours, it is a necessity ~ so I'd just recommend patience.

WOW. I can't begin to thank you enough for the time it took for you to respond to my Blog post!! You answered all my questions, and what you wrote made tons of sense. Much to think about, among which I suppose I need to make room for all those who might just want cuber play and are not bald if I wanna expand my playing field. Once I get to 'understand' a girl and feel somewhat comfortable and know that we are compatible then I do whatever the fuck I want with her. As I have stated before I am not bald or hung like a horse, but I can be one mean fucker, in more ways than one. Once you allow a vampire into your home, you cannot ask them to leave.
