 I think it's part of regressive evolution. When we were all naked, the first thing you as a female noticed in a male was the penis, if erect, and that helped you choose whether to mate or not. For a while we became more intelligent and clothed and our greeting changed to a hello, a handshake or a kiss; and your choice included other factors such as looks and intelligence. Now we are in a partially post-Trump era of backwards evolution and so it is natural that we regress to using our penises as a form on introduction.
