If ur body feels up to working out i think it would be ok, just take it easy. I know what u mean tho, when i'm getting over something i like to try to sweat it out. I say go for it!

short or easy workout/movement won't hurt a thing and it shakes off the slugs... (will tire ya out too)... Feel better Sun.

It would have to be a very light workout if you did go. I don't like missing workouts either, but you do need to pay attention to what your body is telling you.
