Friendship on alt

Friendship on alt, it doesn't exist. I thought i made some friends here in all those years. Some just disappeared. I made an own group here and made some "friends" in my chatroom... the people promised me to come back and asked me not to close it. The truth is, i spend hours alone in that chat. . I don't see those people more in my chatroom. The only one who is still with me is my Master and that's the only good i have from here and one or two real friends. All the other people are not real friends and i have no need to talk to them again. People hurt me by telling me they are my friends and i never heard from them again. i tried time after time to get my friends to the room, although they showed online on alt they spend their time somewhere else, and that's their right, but don't tell me than i have to keep the room open and that they come to my room, when they don't do that. I am just done with alt. The group/room will close soon and i will probaly leave alt as well. It's over.

You seem really hurt and bewildered in equal measure...maybe even a little disgust added for good measure.

Understandable. We expect more from friends, not less.

Are you willing to find new friends on Alt?

I feel there are other options besides the two you mentioned:

-----------your old friends coming back to you or
-----------leaving your room and/or the entire site....

My feeling.

Peace, Diana - whatever you decide.

I'm glad to see you reconsidered your decision, even though your original post was 5 months ago. I think we all get frustrated sometimes with the online world. The important thing is you have your Master and I hope he appreciates your service.
Be well!

Diana, It happens, nothing is permanent in this world. Everything is ever changing, so are people, hearts, tastes and interests. Take friendship as it comes and goes. One day we will be friends and the other day not. Move on to your next friend !
