The Search for Transcendent Sex

This post came about through a Comment made
by WistfulWench in **WOMEN IN WINDOWS**. She wondered (and isn't that in itself perfect considering she is "wistful") why so many of us are drawn to the unknown and specifically the "Bollywood" women and their mystique.

I had "it" when young, I have it to some extent now.
I even remember at about 19 years of age, asking myself - with such an exotic person, would it feel different when I entered her?
Which led me to, "Is there an ultimate fuck?"
The forbidden
The unknown

The Indian actresses of Bollywood have this
mystique. By extension, and via my own metaphor here, so does anybody we consider exotic, erotic, very different of culture and almost impossible to obtain in reality.

Even in India, the Bollywood film productions allow a tiny bit more liberty when using a certain film technique. Keeping in mind that even *kissing* is tabu otherwise. The technique is the Dream Sequence. See? It's not *actually happening* here it is someone's fantasy? And fantasy it shall stay, right kids?

Bollywood by the way is the Indian film industry. It is a
HUGE
business with enormous reach.
My erotic scale schematic runs this way:
Forbidden = Quadruple the excitement
Exotic = a new treat, never opened
Repressed Sexuality = A need to release theirs
and, by extension, our own
Foreign = Ecstasy never before experienced

Thus satyrism is, to me, just a boy wanting
that *one more toy* that is sitting way over there in that (gasp!) unopened package in such strange and alluring paper. Must must must have *it* must
It need not be, in their eyes, foreign at all.
It can lead to far-flung pursuits and dalliances. It's a cousin of Bollywoodism. A satyr doesn't need the object of desire to be an exotic. But he won't turn them down if they are. She *is* an unwrapped present, after all.

With these exotic figures, we pour into them our own yearnings for
more/better/different/farther

Would an exotic (whatever gender) make a sublime slave?
Or a transcendent Mistress?
Do you dream of a very strange and mysterious Master with an accent?
If she/he is cloistered and tamped down what will happen when they are finally yes *finally* set free? And by you!

I know many American women who greatly prefer the "other". They want them dark haired, in many cases, and dark eyed and with an accent.
So the fair haired boy from Tennessee? His chances are slim to none.
And Slim is out of town.
I know of one woman who actually sought out a foreign gynecologist because he fit the bill.
He had all her prerequisites, including of course - ah, you know, the medical degree.

So, all being equal, would you lean
toward
The very appealing known?
or
The very appealing unknown?

Remembering also that *you* are are very exotic and mysterious to about 80% of the world's "others".
Caution!
You may someday be his or her

Bollywood Dream Sequence

The ultimate fuck?
I don't think so anymore.
When you can say later that was "really good" and with it you have
the emotion, the non-sexual
connections, love, empathy, complicity,
and shared vision.
*BINGO*!

I still look twice at the eyes though.
The Bollywood eyes.

Now, this is a perfect post to create further questions in my mind.... There really are times I wish it would stop! lol

Is that whole allure we get with Bollywood the same as the thrill from BDSM? That whole exotic not-knowing.... He is in control, and there is no knowledge of what is going to be unveiled....

There is a synchronicity here that has so many thoughts tumbling through my mind.... How much of what we do is fantasy? Not that the activities themselves are not real, but that there is the cross-over to the forbidden realm in our minds? I've been in scenes that feel as though it was a dream, that it couldn't be real, even as I felt the pain of the flogger on my back....

And I'm NOT on pain meds today, so that can't be why this topic is so alluring to me!

I second that BINGO!!... but... like you pointed out... we can still admire art right? (if Art is in town that is)

For newcomers and not so newcomers.
Arm yourself with knowledge

WW;
When one Post gets that kind of reaction,
there is nothing left for me to say but
(at the door) "My work here is done"
(stepping outside into the night)
I think you might consider a post of your own on the
entire topic of Bollywoodism and BDSM and the
forbidden. How you relate to it all is a deep
and abiding mystery. I, for one, would read any such
offering *avidly*.

mama;
I will say this about one of your comments:
"I don't know Art, but I know what I like."
and to your overall sentiment... BINGO!

LM;
Consider yourself "signed". It's difficult to see
a product of Bollywood unless you live in a large city
with a substantial Indian population. Probably can be bought
on line, via somebody or other. Like virtually everything else.

WW;
p.s. Wow! A med-free Comment. Maybe I'll have sections:
COMMENTS WHILE ON MEDS/COMMENTS MED-FREE
I have a feeling the former would be a larger
category than the latter.
Then, so as not to get sued, I'd have to offer COMMENTS:
SMOKERS/ NON-SMOKERS
