Doesn't matter what I say, what matters is what you said. What can I say that will alleviate one ounce of one thing that is weighing you down. Nothing. I can say not one single thing that will help you. But sometimes just talking, writing it out, telling someone else how much it all hurts, helps in itself. That, and that you have friends. Your supervisor is a good friend, and your friends here who care enough to come see you and wish better things for you. Maybe that will help some. The rest, keyword, rest, will probably only come with time, time changes everything. Do try to rest, try to eat healthy, and get as much rest as your hectic, chaotic world will allow you. Things, even very hard, trying things, look better through rested eyes. Then, if none of that helps, maybe this will

Sorry to bother you again. Just a question that popped into my spacious unoccupied head as I was about to leave. lol.
Have you ever read Desiderata? There are some good one liners in that old poem. You can look it up, or let me know and I will get it for you.
