*Smiling warm* as Mol might write...

Thank you True Sis...

When you wrote,

"...neither "yes" nor "no" feels quite right...For it's not so much the sex of the person that makes it easier or harder for me to give my trust; rather, it's certain qualities that I sense in the person's character and personality..."

I began nodding at once.

And as well, I've had the privilege of Seeing you do [most of] these things:

[If they push, for example, I retreat.
If they want to take over and be in charge, I am quiet and perhaps tiptoe away.
If they speak much of themselves and their thoughts, deeds, and preferences, I will be quiet
If they are angry and start to attack, I might hold my ground and defend myself or I might turn and run. But, either way, I will not offer my trust.]

I appreciate your feelings, which, as it is with everyone I suspect, based on your observations etc...and b/c the experiences are so different/individual, so are the perspectives , however, aren't necessarily gender-linked, and I know both men and women who possess them. But it does seem to me that [These qualities] are more to be found in women than in men...my expectation tends to be that I will find myself giving my trust to her sooner and more easily than I do to him...].

That fascinates the hell out of me you know.
And so damned pleased there are male exceptions that you know...
Thank God.

Your Truest Brother,
BD~

    Quoting  :

it's the human traits that bring the beginning of trust

That would have been a choice set of words to add to that question yeah?

You know what's said about Hindsight...as in, thinking of asking Teach to proof my post for clarity before posting??
