G, holding on to anger, resentments and hatred take up so much energy..... Energies better spent on other things. Forgiveness can be so hard though. If it were easy, anyone could do it. Make Women Female Again

am struggling with this right now. I generally do not have a problem with this. I pick my battles very carefully. I usually do let things go because generally things are not really worth spending my time and emotional energy on..... It usually take a lot to really piss me off and make me MAD but when I finally get to that point it takes me a while to let it go and get rid off it. you just have to decide to live with a calm and peaceful spirit or in turmoil and anger. For me its generally an easy choice.

G, I had another thought on forgiveness... Do tell... There is a vast difference between forgiveness and forgetting. One can forgive, yet one should never forget. As in .... "If we don't learn from history, we are cursed to repeat it.' That's My take on it.... I'm in agreement. Make Women Female Again
