Roast beef is the one meat I steer away from, either I am not friendly enough with my butcher or I just dont time it right... always came out tough (shoe leather as I would call it) even my mother was RB challenged and she could cook anything, well except that...lol

Pastry? PASTRYYYYYY? It's Roadted batter, madam! exactly the same as pancake mix!

Anyway, I hope it turned out fine, just so long as you put roasties with it rather than the mash in the picture. (Boujie! It's mash! Mashed potato!)

Roasted sweet potato is good too though probably better with chicken than beef.

And don't get me started on gravy! That's a whole recipe book in intself, believe me!
