I was working on that at day in the city. I arrived early as usual. It was interesting and terrifying how the day unfolded. One of our colleagues called his team member to tell that he would be late as he was taking a bus due to the tube being closed down. We knew something serious was up when a client came to a meeting telling that a roof of a bus had blown off in front of her taxi. The meeting was cancelled. In that same bus had been the colleague who had called his team mate. He never came back.

It was a warm and sunny day. I was due to go to the gym. Instead I used my trainers to walk home.

RIP all the victims.

It was only the previous day that everyone had celebrated the success at winning the bid for the 2012 Olympic Games. Everyone was still glowing the morning after... It didnt last long!

It's truly staggering how long the list of terrorist attacks has become...and how it grows almost every day. John Lennon challenged us to imagine "nothing to kill or die for, and no religion, too" -- he couldn't have been more right.
