I think whats the rush. My sister asked me what decorations are we putting up this year, and I wanted to say it's the day after Thankgiving whats the rush, but just said I hadn't thought about it. Trust me next week we will discuss this again...I better get ready for the test.

I've always put the tree up, if I waited for 'someone else' to do it, we'd never put one up... to this day I doubt he even had clue one where the decorations, lights etc etc were... and its not like we have an attic, or garage or basement...

Things like that I just don't get. If it is her tradition and it makes her happy, why not just do it?

As a kid, that was typically our timeline, Black Friday to New Year's Day. I don't out one up these days because I am usually not home for Christmas, but really, if it made my partner happy ~ I'd do it, or at least help.

Tell him he won't get fed until the tree is up...that should inspire his laziness. Maybe.
