Nice. My favorite tomatoes sandwiches, were pub food in Ireland. Fresh picked tomatoes, on a hearty bread, grated cheese, real Irish butter on one slice side, grated onion, mayo on one side only , fresh bits of basil and salt and pepper. Great with a Black & Tan (Guiness & Bass) "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"
