maizey

I hope you feel better soon

OK, I am domme

If my sub does not feel well, then play is NOT on! It is not a matter of control or anything else! It is consideration!

Libido seems to go fast if one is unwell!

A proper dominant cares for his or her sub!

The sub, likewise, should NOT feel bad about not wanting to "play"!!

PS I think this is a really great and important topic you have raised!

When my boy is under the weather, I feel bad for him. I don't feel put out, as we have a very variable schedule due to our schedules anyway, so there is little expectation that way. Besides, I know that whatever I may have missed, he'll more than make up for

If given the opportunity, I'd provide a little pampering, he is after all mine to care for. And the quicker he gets better

I hope this passes quickly and you feel better soon.

Put out? Because she feels like hell and can't provide service? That's not a Dom, that's a bonafide ASSHOLE.

I don't care if it's my sub, my kids, my best friend, or even my ex-wife, believe it or not, when call goes out for an emergency 3 a.m. run to Walmart for NyQuil, Kaopectate, 7up, and chicken noodle soup, I'm all over that.

I hope you get to feeling better soon Maizey. Part of a Dom's job is to care for his sub/slave. This would include during times of ilnesses/injury in my opinion. If the sub/slave feels bad that they cannot play/preform that feeling is ok. The Dom in return will re-assure the sub/slave that the illness/injury was not planned (or authorized) but in no means was the sub/slaves fault. And that once the illness/injury has passed then play times can resume (are you feeling better yet?). This positive re-enforcement will help set the sub/slaves mind to ease and will take a great deal of stress off of their mind and allow them to recover faster. I also believe that it is also a great way for both the Dom/Domme and the sub/slave to bond and get closer to each other.

I hope you are getting better. It is rough to be under the weather.
