wow that is a powerful / horrible nightmare .
it seems full of symbolisms I can not decipher....

Writing it down is good, any route to drawing it out from the subconscious and out of you. I'm not much of a one for mystic methods but I've always liked the bhuddist idea of writing prayers down and hanging them in the breeze. Maybe you should print off this post and sail it off down the Humber!

Best wishes MsJax.. let us know if your "journal" approach was successful .. Rarely does it seem a cyber hug or protective shroud is more than "wishful thinking" BUT, in this case it truly is as powerful as the cause of the affliction: Thoughts.. My "thoughts" are there.. tramp
