My favorite music, not necessarily for sex, is the soundtrack from Midnight Express. It hits several natural frequencies in the body; e.g., long bones, stomach, and other parts causing them to vibrate. Cool experience. Middle East influenced music with rock, ballads, a couple of vocals, and two that are cacophony.

Another is A Rainbow Path by an all woman orchestra. Not as intense as Midnight Express, but resonates very well for women. Various chakras are stimulated.

And who can pass up Bolero with its gradual and paced buildup to a rousing climax?

The relationship of music to moods is rather inherent to the addition of sound to movies. We can equate a mood in recall. You associate a piece of music/song to events in the past that can trigger recall. Trigger responses, just as words, tone of voice. Happy , sad, aroused, angry angry, fearful, etc

Certain rhythms can be linked to arousal. I once attended a seminar (a sexuality seminar that i was there to record) and they discussed this extensively and did demonstrations. They had a panel discussion experiments where various music was played for subjects and the responses cataloged.

Certain rhythms and cause muscles to become tense or to relax. This was demonstrated at several seminars for chiropractic I also attended to record back in the 70's. I worked for a company that produced medical education transcriptions for professionals in various medical fields.

One rather interesting factoid I recall was the rise of Elvis Presley's rise in the film and music industry for the used of rhythms used in a majority of his song. His popularity was driven by women buying his records and seeing his movies. Frankly, he made women wet, in part for who he was, but in part for the rhythms of the music. Film industry folks knew and understood this. His movies were very calculated to appeal to women and they music used in those moves , lets just say made women happy. Guys did not mind taking a woman to a Elvis movie, the activities after viewing a movie made those guys happy too. Many a man was a surrogate Elvis after those movies. If he was smart, he made a point of playing Elvis music too.

I admit to those times when I brought a woman to my place and purposely put on records that made women get in the mood.

I will add, dungeon parties generally have music that creates a mood, which is a bit dark and serious. They are not planning on a sing a long, so vocals and happy joyful music is not often heard. It would break concentration for those actively engaged in BDSM activity.

Here is a song you might enjoy ( it tells the Elvis Story):

Jesus and Elvis by Greg Brown off the Poet game CD. It can be found on that tube place.

Soundtracks are good because they can create a whole world and the musical tracks usually blend together so the mood doesn't suddenly change.

Midnight Express is different. The tracks don't blend together and the moods do change drastically. You almost need to have seen the movie to follow the soundtrack. Sound in the movie is incomplete, but the soundtrack completes the scenes. The movie is brutal and violent (prison in Istanbul).

Sexual theme I enjoy are Slide it in and Rock me til I'm raw to the bone by Whitesnake. From the 80s, there's a song titled Sex; I don't recall the group name. It's chocked full of explicit and role play lyrics with voices switching from male-to-female.

I saw Elvis once in Vegas. But I have seen Little Richard. Elvis was my sisters cup o tea.

BTW I got this name from the owner of a Dungeon in LA. They used to have fetish night where they had music and a dance floor. Guess who danced with at least 20 women every time. Usually the only guy dancing.
