 I love coffee and also sort of need it but too much can also make me feel a bit too hyper

I usually have three cups per day.

 Unfortunately, the Doc has given orders, NO caffeine. I was one that loved a good cup of espresso or Cuban coffee. I've gotten used to it now but the smell of coffee brewing.....heaven to my nose.

 Oh my god i love coffee and i can't seems to live without it.
Also i hate to turn down anything that gives me pleasure heehee

I don't have a coffee machine as too much gives me palpataions
And the guys at work have seen what i'm like without it and its not pretty and they offer to buy me some to calm me down
