it's called : fixation .
a relative common occurrence in that field .
any decent doc would end it once the patient
becomes fixated on the doc .
I don't think she was using you , at least not in what
you describe , but she knew you were making it a sexual
experience and was probably fascinated by you as a "case " .
breaking it up was mandatory . you are there to free yourself
of past trauma , a psych doc is Not your partner , not your new friend
or anything like it .
so don't worry about it ,,,rather try to continually "free" yourself from the burden of that past trauma . becoming sexually aroused in an illigal forced situation does Not make you a bad person . the assailant is the criminal !!!
