My sympathies. Smart to have a friend watch over you when you got home.

Although I don't have any life threatening allergies such as yours, I have many, mostly foods. My most severe allergy is mountain cedar pollen; I'm almost deathly (slow death) allergic. I overexposed about 10 days ago and and gradually breathing became difficult. I feared pneumonia was developing so spent yesterday in an Urgent Care center. X-rays were negative for pneumonia, but really bad bronchitis. Steroids injection, including sore butt, medicated nebulizer, and sent home with antibiotic and inhaler.
