so, so many thoughts running around in my head.....

Ive had so many great conversations this past month with people I truly respect. There are so many snippets and remarks that continue to run around in my head. Defining a BDSM relationship was a subject that brought out some great statements. While we all agreed that each relationship is different, we also recognized that there are some things that just ARE. Whether the relationship is M/s, D/s, Top/bottom, or called something else, the real crux of it comes down to an acceptance of a role. The definition of that role is agreed upon by the parties within the relationship. Theres a part of me that wonders if attempts to explain a personal definition to others only leads to more confusion overall. Or does it create an environment where all the participants are on the same page? More thoughts to come.... |

I think to share with Oothers is beautiful as I believe it creates an atmosophere of openness and understanding and the realisation that Wwe are all in this together yet Wwe all have the freedom of choice to see what is right for Uus as an individual no matter what role Wwe choose and that to Me is beautiful and then to accept all those around Uus and learn what is right for each of Us too. wishing you and loved ones a very happy Christmas WW, and a happy new year!!  big hugs for you... ~Gavin

Gav, having you as part of that conversation was wonderful! I learn so much from others and it's so much easier to throw all those thoughts on the table when people WANT to be open about the topics.
