Well, I have another trip to Chicago all planned. Ill be heading out there on November 4 and returning home on the 14th. Watch out, Windy City!  I think this is going to be my routine for the next few months. While Im not thrilled about being away from Sir this much, I also accept the fact that I have to be in two places in order to get my job done. Its difficult. I have friends in Chicago and I ADORE spending time with them. But I also have Sir and my life here and I ADORE being home. When are they going to perfect that cloning technology? When I get home from this trip, I think I have almost two weeks off for vacation. This was supposed to be for my annual trip to the UK. Unfortunately, my back problems have forced me to cancel this year.  Im trying to look at the positive side, though. Ill have time to help Sir work on the house and also have time to work ahead on school assignments. There will also be plenty of opportunity to cook meals for Him and fill His freezer. Am I a bad girl if I wish Sir would be laid off for a couple of days while Im on vacation????? (Just kidding!) (Not really....) Ive got a new laptop, so I should be able to keep up with everyone a little better on this next trip. No more blue screen of death! YAY!!!!! |

Thank you, Lhi! I didn't think so, but I see He does... *giggles* Lisa, that DOES suck! Dang! I still want to meet you someday, sweetie! Dreamer, it will all work out eventually. It's just maniacal right now.... Thank you! Yes, Sir, someone needs to work.... At least I will be able to spend more nights wrapped in your arms and fill your freezer with meals for you!

I certainly wish you well in Chicago... there seems to be a lot of Alt comings and going there, have 'ya noticed?? I like your "...annual trip to the UK" idea. Is it London, or somewhere else? With all of your activities coming up, including working on a house... go easy dear lady, go easy.

You know that i am pleased as punch to have you in Chicago regularly. i think we can find some time to hook-up again during that trip. Let's look at Friday or Saturday night - we can cook together up at my place.

MS, I usually rent this beautiful cottage in Weymouth, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There's a beautiful pub right around the corner and a neat little tea house down the street. Sir will make certain I take it easy! Oh, that sounds like fun, kat! I'll give you a call on Sunday when I get in and settled.

Jess, it's crazy how that happens, isn't it? lol TC, of COURSE I'm saving some time for you! I'll send you an e-mail or give you a call in the next couple of days. Want some company next Friday at the slosh again? (What a marvelous group of people you introduced me to!)
