Sighs...as I get older I can eat less and less read meat. That burger sounds delicious and I would gobble it up and enjoy it for about 45 minutes....then I'd regret it for several hours.....I love a good burger so now I go chicken or turkey....while not the same...it'll do.

Australian beef is much leaner than the beef in the US and it is still too rich for me....gastronomically it's not pleasant so...not too much red meat (sniffs - I love a good burger or steak) not too much tomato based anything. I tend to stick to chicken (like you darker meat) fish and I love a good pork chop. That doesn't seem to bother me much. And lots of fresh veggies...raw mostly or steamed. I hated all that stuff when I was a kid.

(Although sometimes a crunchy PBJ with a big glass of very cold milk is nirvana to me.)
