Not sure yet. But I traditionally have smoked salmon (lox) on bagels, with cream cheese, red onions and capers. with Irish Coffee. I do the same on New Years morning,

Christmas dinner, probably a leek almond soup, shrimp cocktail, roasted breast of duck with lingonberry sauce, baked tomatoes halves with Asiago and fresh basil, Japanese Eggplant marinated in a sesame/soy sauce and then broiled. Wine. Gewurztraminer .

Later, fresh raspberries and blueberries sprinkled with fennel seeds and left to marinate about 2 hours. Then I will whip the left over cream from the Irish coffee, add in vanilla . Then top the berries with the cream and dust with cinnimon.
