It never ceases to amaze me that people simply drop away after extended and very compatible discussions even getting to the point of discussing meeting, and do so without saying a word. You have no idea if they're OK, if you did something to upset them, if they found someone else, etc. ANY of the answers are fine. Courtesy would just suggest that something be said. An explanation isn't even necessary, NO THANKS would be fine,,,LOL

It seems there is often too little of it. Finding someone worth meeting, seemingly compatible, apparent mutual interest, actually arranging for a meeting to see if the promise is real, and then no further contact. That is certainly their right. The courtesy of simply saying that they've had a change of heart even without any explanation shouldn't be asking too much...

Notice how little courtesy there is? Shouldn't be hard to be nice. Always wonder why some people respond to a message in a way that shows some real interest then just disappear, sometimes no longer responding even with a "changed my mind", other times just dropping off the site. Takes all kinds...

I'm continually surprised by the amount of fakes. You get a hint since the pictures look professional, the wording is just wrong, the sentiments don't make sense. Must be more of the "send me $"...

I'm continually surprised by how many people sign up, apparently put some time into their profile, often with pictures, then never come back. What's the point?
