So what ever happened to Alteridalterego?

Well, it's been awhile since I've even logged onto Alt. To make a long story short, once I moved to California, a series of events quickly unfolded and I've found myself suddenly immersed in work I truly love beyond anything I expected in this short time.
I hope all has been well for all of my Alt friends and I will do my best to be in touch with all the great people I've met here. I have definitely not forgotten about any of you. I am still in shock of how quickly things have progressed since I arrived. I miss all of you and the amazing banter we've engaged in over time!
California and the people who live here have always been amazing to me. My friends have opened up their homes and arms to me the moment I arrived.
I love it here and everything is coming together beautifully. I'm so happy I decided to return to this area.
No, I haven't been surfing or skiing or the things most often associated with California but I have gone cycling several times and have been to the beach and hiked once so far. The truth is, the majority of the time I've spent here has been with people I've known many years and I've been working extremely hard since I connected with some people I knew. I'm about ready for a vacation!

I'm moving to California! It looks like I'll be there in three weeks so I'm super excited!!!
I've lived there before and totally loved it. I can't wait to get back out there. Chicago is a truly amazing city but California is where my heart is as I adore warm weather and sunshine with snow purely optional! I'm super jazzed!
Now where did I put those swim trunks?

Unsolved Mystery - The Case of the Missing Sock

The weather here was amazing this weekend!
While home this evening, I cooked and did some laundry when I discovered a hole in Lavoisiers Law of the Conservation of Matter which says in a closed system matter cannot be created or destroyed. The case of the missing sock is proof that matter can simply vanish without a trace and my second conclusion was Lavoisier mustve never done laundry, either that or he never wore socks.

2. No matter how love sick a woman is, she shouldnt take the first pill that comes along. Joyce Brothers
3. Its been so long since I made love, I cant remember who gets tied up. Joan Rivers
4. Shopping is better than sex. At least if youre not satisfied, you can exchange it for something you really like. Adrienne Gusoff

HARD Science

Throughout life, Ive always thought of science as being totally objective with the goal of research being the same, but have learned over time its merely an ideal and that science and research can sometimes reveal hidden agendas and say something about the scientist/researcher or general school of thought at a particular time.
Ive read various books over the years citing Alfred Kinseys well known research and believe we have a lot to thank him for as he opened up so many doors sexually by bringing it out in the open. Without his pioneering efforts, we may not have Alt today. I came upon his original data a few years ago in a library and found myself riveted to the countless pages of numbers trying to develop conclusions of my own.
After some time, I discovered something I found amusing as well as disappointing and disconcerting. One area of focus surrounded sex organ measurements which seems scientific enough; scientists often take lots of measurements, however, it suddenly dawned on me there was so much data available on penis related physiology and so little on the vagina by comparison. Even breasts didnt measure up to the apparent obsession he had with male dimensions. It seemed there were lots of details missing. After all, if its important to know the circumference, length, etc. of men, surely, we need all the detailed dimensions of all the interesting female parts. I feel more research needs to be done!

Toys That Reach Out and Touch Someone

Toys are getting ever more sophisticated these days for those looking for that little something extra. Here are just a few to get your motors running:
Wireless vibrating egg This wireless wonder will make your mind wander when you see a couple smiling at each other across the room at parties these days.
Voice activated Rabbit Guys, were in trouble! This bad boy has infinite endurance AND listens!
The Televibe This vibe goes the distance. It can be controlled by that special someone over the phone or on the internet allowing you to really reach out and touch them in those special places.
Voice activated EMS When asked how they felt about this current technology, nine out of ten submissives had no comment.
The Ejaculating Rabbit Just when you thought it couldnt get any better, this one cums on command to flood you with ecstasy at the perfect moment!
_______________________________________________
Im smiling at the thought of a particularly devious combination, the voice activated Rabbit in one orifice and a voice activated EMS probe in the other leaving someone in a delightful dilemma to be vocal or to be extremely quiet!

Malls in the year 2020 and Haute Couture The New Art Museums for the Fashion Fetishist?

After seeing the latest trends in high fashion store designs around the world at Concierge (plus the usual extension), I was wondering if our favorite fashionista slavekat69 might want to organize an Alt fashion fetishists world tour shopping trip!
I cant help but think the merging of art and shopping is leading us to mall museums in the near future. For example, Viktor & Rolf in Milans Golden Triangle will turn your world upside down with their inverted store design faster than the Prada wearing devil can get you to sign over your soul for that fiery red spaghetti strapped dress at their innovative new store in Tokyo. From there, you can wander across the street to Loveless, a boutique presenting both its Brilliant light side and Dark dungeonesque side for the daring shopper wishing to explore her inner duality. For the woman seeking a handbag that can carry everything she may ever need with French flair, theres no missing it on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris at Louis Vuitton where the shoe display inside (see image) looks like something I might expect to find in my hometown at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Im secretly working on my design right now for a truly unique fetish mall that should stretch the imagination further while putting a little more pain into the pleasure of art and shopping for the fetish fashionistas of the future!
