In the 2nd paragraph it says "Will we leave the close proximity of low earth orbit where astronauts have circled since 1972" blah, blah, etc.
Ok the people who did this report are a whos who of the space industry. What's wrong with this sentence? 1972....1972....ah guys what about Mercury, and Gemini and all the Apollo flights...those were in low earth orbit starting in 1962.
Bottom line is without buck's you have no buck rogers.
Neil Armstrong said it took four things to get to the moon, leadership, a threat, a world at peace, and the innovations in technology applied to the problem. See any of these four in the current era...that's why mr rogers, you may have to spend more time with Wilma Deering than flying your rocketship.

I am watching a lovely tanned woman from the high deserts of southern California on cam. She has a colorful towel on the chair she is sitting on. One problem..her outfit is all white. It's driving the flash encoder crazy, as such the steely dan song in the background is breaking up. A good view spoiled.She is also a little out of the center frame, which is ok but the white is so distracting. (names have been redacted.)Because it does take guts to expose yourself on cam, and this is just made to help not cause you to repel at the horror the horror..(lol)

Seems I have the 60-45 sweet spot, mainly women.
Yeah we will have the same interests psychographically so that comes as no big surprise.
Probably enjoy the same tv shows and movies, a lot of the same music.
I am finding that the younger woman on alt and in general can be so far removed from the same things that molded us (thats you dear reader). An example is a 21 year old who didn't finish high school who had no clue as to way Apollo 11 plus 40 years was a big deal.

I have watched some of the worst cams on this site.
You have to show a perspective when you turn on your cam. If you are playing with your cunt or your cock, make sure it's well lit. Nothing is a bigger turn off than seeing a girl in the dark or a guy jerking in the dark.
Make sure the video shows a point of view. Here's how this works, you imagine who might be watching you and then you picture where he would be watching you and what he would or she would be seeing.
As most of the HNGs like to direct the "action", and you are not owned by them or are the doormat..tell them to wank somewhere else.
Ban them from the cam if they cross the line.
And do ask if they have a DGA card..(huh? most don't know what you are talking about..)
Compression, in video this is about color. If you have tan lines for example flash compression is going to highlight them.
Bandwith, check how much you have, speakeasy is a good place to find out your uploading and downloading speeds of your isp. You might find in the case of some cable providers you have a cap on the amount you can use.
At 200 viewers you may get booted. It's not you it's your bandwidth being smothered.
Frame yourself make sure whatever body part you want to show is in the center of the picture... You have no idea of how many of you don't get this basic concept.
Try to avoid rapid motion. You won't like the results and neither will the horny person you are trying to turn on who may be watching you.
Lighting make sure you have enough natural light..if not turn on a few lights to illuminate your set.
Audio. If you use it don't also try to use another chat client it will trash your video and your audio will also die. Unless you have 4 gigs of ram don't try this one at home.
