Anne Boleyn
Henry had Anne investigated for high treason in April 1536.
On 2 May she was arrested and sent to the Tower of London,
where she was tried before a jury of peers
which included Henry Percy, her former betrothed and her own uncle, Thomas Howard.
found guilty on 15 May.
She was beheaded four days later May 19 1536.
Modern historians view the charges against her,
which included adultery and incest,
as unconvincing.

In a world where the overtly sexual novel "Fifty Shades of Grey" can dominate the cultural landscape -- and the best-seller lists -- it seemed likely that others would jump in on this new highbrow sex craze.
Alain de Botton, a prominent Swiss teacher and philosopher who writes about subjects as varied as "status anxiety" and how architecture makes us feel, announced that his newest venture will attempt to pose pornography as less of a societal evil, and more of a benefit.
"No longer would sexuality have to be lumped together with stupidity, brutishness, earnestness and exploitation," he wrote in a press release from The School of Life, a school he helped create in London. "It could instead be harnessed to what is noblest in us." Noblest meaning those moments when people are at their wittiest, "showing kindness, or working hard or being clever."
He hopes to create a website called -- for now -- "Better Porn," which will showcase the finer sides of sexuality, and, presumably, not make people feel as awful about watching porn on their laptops.
De Botton said the pornography on his site will be one in which "sexual desire would be invited to support, rather than permitted to undermine, our higher values." Certainly the ancient Greeks had no qualms about inviting sex into their value systems, de Botton points out, so why should we?
There is no other information about the website available yet, other than the fact that it will soon exist. We imagine there will be a lot of expressionist art and French films on there.
De Botton is, most recently, the author of "Religion for Atheists," and continues to run the celebrated School of Life in London.

Things can get a little silly around here, why would a mature silver haired gentleman be making Zombie armour? Why would a woman of such grace and refinement (me) be concocting fake blood? The simple answer is because we have fun – we like to have fun.
Living the full total power exchange life never appealed to me because as a woman, politically and socially, I was often confronted with gender roles and power exchanges in my time at University and in my career not to mention in life. I can see why it would appeal to a man. I am unable to separate the acts of submission in a man from the qualities I value in a partner: the whole equality thing. It might very well be a defect in my personality that does not allow me to erase the image of the horrible things I have done to a man one day and then not still see him bound though he is in a suit and tie the next.
It has been years since I have met someone with high protocol sensibilities, I fully support the opinion that people make up their own version of kink but when then are disappointed they overlook the notion that perhaps, perhaps, perhaps, their ideas just do not jive with the Grand B.D.S.M philosophies they read about and think they want – and the reality that instead their kink simply falls in the corner of bedroom and sexual kink. Some will be offended by this, but I do not ask for your forgiveness because deep down inside they know it’s true. It is not a bad thing to say I like kinky sex and dislike the idea of giving myself up wholeheartedly to a man’s control.
Think about it, we have all been here long enough to have read the same blogs time and time again: I want him to control me, everything, but I want it done this way, I expect these things. If being tied up and having your ass fucked is what you think BDSM is that is fine, enjoy yourself and your Master King God but do not supposed to look at the rest of us, the few of us High Protocol people that remain as anything less than sincere because we are not living in a fantasy. My kink is clearly defined in active participation with the people I deem worth my time, and they benefit from having a subservient role to me that does not include sexual intercourse and if you cannot grasp that than I suggest you are clearly missing out on an important B.D.S.M concept.
No it is not always going to be fun. Most of the time it feels like a full time job and driving that desire is me, sure there is enjoyment on some level, and it is sexual in nature but the act of fucking is not the end goal for some of us. Female tops of course are more likely to not take part in sexual intercourse with a submissive male because sex is power, not because she is a pro, but I often wonder if all these submissive women have ever been with a male master that could act as such: could a submissive woman still be confident in her role if she were bound, teased, but not sexually penetrated by her male top? Would she feel incomplete? Would it be taken personally that she is not desirable? Would he even dare separate the two: sex and submission?
If you are able to sit back and see that male and female roles and principles of BDSM are different based on our gender (not some ancient black book of kink) than you would see that equality is not involved at all because when you sit back and decide to just have fun with the person you are with it is never about who laughs more than the other person is it?
Now onto fun fake bloody sex!

 Oogy brought home a couple of Biohazard bags for my next bag show – and he got me new nipple pasties – so tonight we will try them out. Now I have never used this sort of bag before, it will be interesting because I do not know how it will cut, stretch or stick and those are all very important qualities in a bag show… I try my best to not have wardrobe malfunctions, yes even though I am usually in a garbage bag, while Oogy cheers for one.
Now if there are any tech savvy computer geeks out there that can suggest a programme that will allow me to record my own cam – one they have used themselves and not just highly recommended online, I need easy and straightforward – I will forever be in your debt… and like a Lannister, Pyx always pays her debts.

…Could be so divinely tacky: yes those are geodes that a priest collected and placed lovingly to honour the Virgin Mother and down the way Jesus himself, two magnificent working geode water fountains, working lights in each wall niche and head stone walkways. Not that I am anywhere near as great or deserving, but imagine a Pyx Grotto would be made of condoms, Tim Horton’s coffee cup, DuMaurier cigarette packs, Cohiba cigar boxes, wine bottles, dental floss and a strange collection of nipple pasties.

 It was strangely refreshing to meet a man without a tattoo. The past six years or so I have noticed the increase in social acceptability to body modification with both genders but also the increase of putting them in obvious places for everyone to see. Of course the pin up girl look is a sexy sell as is the bad boy image of a guy with ink but it seems now as though everyone has one, one that you can clearly see on their calf, hands, wrists, neck, forearm, feet and white flesh now hold new appeal for me.
Even people with tattoos will tell you that within that inked community there are snobs, and I will admit it, I am far more likely to ask someone about their body work if it did not come off the wall of the parlour or I come across it intimately as it was hidden and I will be interested if it has a story behind it, because even to me it is obvious when something was done for the sake of getting one or a mark of experience: I survived this event and we all got this tattoo.
When something that used to set you apart from everyone else becomes trendy you have what can appear to be a natural dislike for that very thing. D and I were on cam one night and this young man sent us his cam, he sat there naked from the waist up, his pant leg purpose rolled up to his knee to expose his tattoos: I bet he just got that done and his buddy opened up a tattoo shop. Damon wasn’t buying it so I asked the guy and sure enough I was right. I closed the cam feeling unimpressed.
When I hear a new song and then find the video on the internet, only to see brand new company purchased tattooed sleeves, it makes me feel out of sorts – that I, me and my tattoos could be mistaken for a trendy follower and my reaction is to not have anyone see mine so I hide them. I had 3 tongue piercings for a few years before the Spice Girls came out, seriously, I guess one of them had a tongue ring: when my straight laced friend came home with one, I got up from the table and took all three of mine out. Every pretty blond hair blue eyed Abercrombie and Fitch wearing mother fucker had one.
It’s horrible to say but it is the truth, looks matter but so does the personal intent of that look – you have a tattoo on your forearm and always roll your sleeve up because you want me to ask and I purposely won’t. My personal standard used to be if you had a WB Tasmanian devil tattoo I wouldn’t fuck you if you were the last man on earth with a good job and no STI’s but now if you get naked and have STAR tattoos I would not suck your dick if it oozed Ghirardelli milk chocolate. Yeah I know I might be missing out on a great person but there are just some things I can not overlook and a bad tattoo is one.
