Today is the day.
It is going public at $38 per share. I have clients, friends, family, strangers, you name it, begging me to get them shares. The shares I have will be doled out carefully.
It will probably open above $65....my guess is it has an outside chance of hitting $100 plus today. Bono, the Rock star, bought 90 million of Facebook in 2009. That stake will be worth upwards of 1.5 billion today making him the richest rock star on the planet, passing Paul McCartney.
As an aside, all of my Domme clients of course get shares.
Yet sadly, legally, i cannot take any for little old me. i sometimes hate that law...lol.
I write this early Friday...naked, hard, and excited

Some people tell me that I read to much. Don't get me wrong. I love being out and about, having a cocktail or 2 with friends, heading to the beach, the odd party here and there.
There is just something intrinsically defining, satisfying, pulse pounding, fulfilling about a great read. I get asked all the time why I read so much (i think some are actually asking why i read at all, but that is a completely different topic.) Hard to give a great anaswer really. I love to learn. To experience places and things that i never will in this lifetime, or a 1000 lifetimes. To be that cowboy, that super spy, that 19th century English gentleman of breeding and culture. The assassin, the President, the whorebleash;, the chattel, the desperado always looking over his shoulder. The hero. The villain.
That is why i love to read. That, and the event, party, happy hour, whatever that i was invited to just sounds like a complete bore. Though i never say that of course...though i do in my head.
Head. Now there's a word. Do women say when receiving oral sex, i got/want head (now)? Just wondering.

i had my first ever MRI last week. See, dreams do in fact come true. i did not think that it would bother me, and it really did not all that much. Being kind of rolled into this cylindrical contraption with the "ceiling" a scant 2 or 3 inches (kind of like swimming shrinkage) above your face is a tad off putting. The noise is kind of like a constant jackhammer (know a guy named Jack, own 2 hammers) and i wondered about things while trapped. If the techs went to lunch and never came back, how in the world would i get out? If this is what being buried alive is like, i shall pass.
What i really hope for is that tomorrow's appointment tells me what the hell is going on with my back. i work my core, constantly stretch, yet it still drives me crazy. i have always been a firm believer that there is a huge difference between "pain" and being "uncomfortable." Getting shot in the shoulder is pain. Running into a woman you thought was single who did things to you that are extremely sexual and carnal, who is with her husband, and introduces you to him, is uncomfortable.
Right now my back is uncomfortable, with a side dish of OMFG.

i think i may hate the gym, and i don't actually hate anything. Except anything made with curry.
...and dark black or navy socks that i cannot tell apart.
...and racism.
...and dishonor.
...and lying.
...and stale/old popcorn at the movie theatre.
...and people that yak or check cell phones at the movies.
...underwear.
...dirty hands on my food server.
...unrealistic expectations.
...people without a dirty mind.
...the clicking noise my car is currently making.
...lasagna made with cottage cheese...ricotta darn it.
...someone kicking my golden nuggets.
...chicken mcnuggets...what are they?
...to much luggage.
...wearing clothes.
...coming before i am allowed.
...going before i am invited.
This went in a different direction that i was planning. i was going to just speak to the gym and working out. Go figure.
Maybe i should do a love/like?

Adrift, Alone, or just a part of life

i have not been here much the last week or so. A beloved Aunt (sister of my Pop) passed away. So off i went to help with stuff. It is what i do i guess. (and glad to by the way). Sometimes it does feel like i am carrying the weight of things i cannot change around on my back. Trying to fix what cannot, and quite frankly, should not be changed. Our heads may know this, but our hearts do not.
my Dad and Mom's burial at Arlington is just 2 short months away. i have the hotel set up for the family, and naturally i am paying for some. i don't mind, not really i guess. i did in fact offer for 2, then more came out of the woodwork. i just know that this is probably the last thing i will ever do for them, and i know that they would want them there.
Did something stupid in my accounts on Thursday. Stupid, stupid, stupid. What it cost the most was to my damn pride. Pride really does go before the fall. Stupid moron..lol.
Would have benn better if i had been tied spread-eagled to something. Then i could not have done it.
i need to be naked.

Bike Week...ergo... lots of leather

It is Bike Week here in sunny Scottsdale and its environs. Bikes everywhere. Harleys. Indians, Japanese Pocket Rockets, 3-wheelers, BMW's, DuCaties...you name it, they are here. Youngsters, oldsters, groups, gangs, moms and pops, dentists, doctors, lawyers, candlestick makers, pros and troublemakers, nerds on bikes, you name it and they are here.
It is pretty cool actually. Concerts, events, races. The restaraunts and bars are full, and every man, woman, and other has some type of leather on. (Give me a minute while i sigh and touch myself a bit).
You can sense the power, here the roar, smell the leather. i am saying yes Ma'am a lot, giving the hint as they say, nodding with a bashful grin, and watching and hoping.
You know what they call a man who rides behind a Woman on a bike? Her bitch. What a great word and description...and oh so damn true.

i flip to another age in a bit over a week. i always feel a bit pensive as the calendar changes and i get closer in age to all the "old" people...lol. Still, i am content, happy, sometimes a bit lonely, but hell, who isn't? Health is decent, most of my hair except for some kind of circular skin showing on the the top of my noggin. Must be some kind of hint that i like skin, need to show skin, or have a desire to be all skin all the time. i guess it could be that i am just balding a bit...lol.
i am gigantically tall...5'11" (and 1/2), massive in size (162 pounds)....well maybe not that gigantically massive....but all in all in relatively decent shape. Supposed to be at the gym, think i will go in a bit for the famous executive workout....steam room, shave and shower. The steam room is a great place to shave and trim for those of you who have particularly dirty minds...well done on minds like that by the way.
84 degrees today...56 tomorrow and monday. What the hell?
