Apparently 12 hrs of tactical training,(you know typing, filing, or shredding) has left me with a sprained right shoulder. Discomforting so, that I needed to seek out medical attention.
Thank God for massage therapists! So I thought.
And NO! There was no Happy Ending. Just hot clothes and deep tissue massage, SHIT it f%$#ing hurt!
She must have been a Sadist in another life, well maybe? And her advice?

Picked it up Saturday afternoon at an Antique store for only, $30. It only had a small chip on the bottom of the cup that can be easily fixed and painted. It's a Cutrone...
Not sure whether to put it on a mantle over my coffee bar or to just fit it between all the jars.
I was staring at this piece all morning as I tried to get all the coffee out of my system so I could finally rest.
I really dislike when tasked with a 2:30 am assignment that takes all morning, I mean who can sleep at 10:00 am when the sun is up and you drank maybe 4-5 cups of coffee.

So tonight I learned something, maybe something really important.
After work, a mixture of male and female friends and co-workers met for dinner at a nice city style restaurant for steaks and ale.
And of course, during the evening conversation one person always needs to be a standout while sharing a sexcapade story. So tonight, my friend (43 yrs old) shared a story about how he and his 24 year old female secretary had sex on the stairwell in his office building.
He conveyed how his secretary was so enthralled sexually by the probability that someone would come across them having sex that she actually had an orgasm sooner then he had anticipated.
He told us that he orgasmed soon after, but that he kept fucking her as long as he could until someone finally walked by them.

at the right moment, of course.
So, tonight I stopped off at the bar for Happy Hour, apparently they are banning this concept in some states. A friend, a business associate, a confidant so to speak.
And it was raining.
So, I stood outside the bar watching her park. She exits the vehicle in the pouring rain, no umbrella. She slips of her expensive heels so that she can run quicker across the parking lot so to avoid getting drenched. She is running and I am just smiling...she gets pretty soaked.
So I opened the doors and in she runs to an empty bar stools. Her hair is soaked her blouse is soaked, water dripping off her, yet an attractive woman stays attractive no matter what, yes?
Even before her first drink she looks a bit defeated. And I?
I wrap my suit coat around her shoulders to keep her warm and then whisper to the bartender...he brings her a glass of red wine and me a towel.
And while she sipped her wine, I gently dried her feet.

One Seriously Bad Habit...

So, I am about to finish up my first week off from work, very much needed. And though, I didn't plan a travel getaway for the week, I accomplished all I wanted to get done. Had some house work completed, met with contractors for future home improvements, all errands completed and all personal appointments kept.
All that said, I noticed I developed one seriously bad habit. Staying out on the deck watching the night with a cigar, a drink, and my thoughts. Sometimes til 3am in the morning. AND, feeding milk and treats to an old white-tan cat that kept coming up onto the deck at around 1:30 am every night. And the cat would just cuddle around my chair and sit with me. I mean that is one seriously bad habit because what will be when I start back to work on Monday?
And last night, I had some serious and personal thoughts.
And what is she thinking?
My view is that she is entertaining some very personal thoughts, just like me. And that those thoughts could be shared on paper or blog or other ways, but really, one should share those thoughts with the person of thought. Truly.
