Well the first week as you read was tough and painful adjusting.
But the second week was better, but difficult in the endurance level, as i have progressed to 6 times a day for 20 minutes. Its tiring and exhausting. Well I survived the first week and just started second. The first was tough, breasts swelled and sore and hurt for 3-4 days till nipples began to get used to the pumping.
