As a retired clinical psychologist I have been become painfully
aware that people in the blush of new love have a tendency
to abandon their established self-care routines such
as meditation, rest, working out, taking medications
and interacting with non-romantic friends who provide
a reality check. How refreshing it is to see that potential
pitfall addressed directly here on ALT!

I don't know why people give up there taking care of
there selves when in a new hot relationship that is when
you should make sure you take care of yourself to me. You
need to keep up your health for the relationship to continue
because who wants a burn out fool.
