I have made some good friends on this site. I have met interesting Dom's and learnt a few things. Last year I took a break from Kink as I believed that I wanted vanilla. From the dates that I went on I realised that what I need in my life is a balance between vanilla and Kink. I came back hoping that that is what I would find. The last few months have been a journey of self discovery. I have put myself in a stupid situation which could have ended far worse than it actually did. I have talked to people and believed that they also wanted a mix of V and K only for them later to push for a sexual meet on our first meet, getting pushy or angry when I backed away. I got myself entangled with someone at the start of the year who cannot reciprocate my feelings, its a long and complicated story. I have learnt that my self confidence is at an all time low. I am currently struggling with my weight and over the last 12months it seems that when I get close to someone they take what they want and then leave me high and dry. Just serving to reinforce my low self worth. Well what a fool I am for letting this happen to me. I don't want to be seen as a tease and although I have made a few friends I think for the time being I need to say good bye to ALT and work on myself and on my image and on my self confidence.
