I'm far from perfect, but I'm very picky. Why? Because most people are not good people. Because being indiscriminate is unforgivable. Because it's okay to go after what one wants. Because it feels so much better to be hand picked than settled on. I think I have a lot to offer, and know how to make a man happy he's a man.
In my opinion, a good dom EARNS his partner's submission...it doesn't come pre-packaged and wrapped in a pretty bow...at least not from me. (that goes both ways...subbie has to earn her keep, too.) I prefer men who can mentally dominate me AS WELL as physically. The physical means nothing if you can't get in this brain and figure out what makes me tick. (I'm fond of making mental lists of my dom's likes and dislikes  ) I'm 5'10" and wear heels all the time so you must be secure with yourself. While I love to stroke a man's ego, I can not tolerate a man with low self esteem that I constantly have to reassure. Confidence is a MUST. You should be stronger than me.
All day long I deal with timid sheep who I have to boss around. It's nice to switch up the roles and not feel in control for a change. Balance out the scales if ya will. I'm an intelligence snob and prefer to surround myself with open minded, bright people. You don't have to have a PhD, but I don't want someone that can't understand 'big words'.
I probably won't jump in bed with you immediately unless you're really really ridiculously good looking (name that quote?). I expect to be treated like a lady in public, and in return I offer the same...well not that I'd treat you like a lady, but you get the point. Balance...give and take...
I have a bit of an alternative style. I have a love for all things old and zombie. So if my Bettie Page bangs and collection of zombie movies bothers you, move along.

My Ideal Person:
I like someone who can keep up with me...my equal and opposite. I'm confident on the outside and humble on the inside...I like a guy that's humble and confident all in one. It's all about balancing the equilibrium.
[This last part is in response to the zillion emails I've gotten asking "So....what's your type?" It's not a prerequisite.]
I MOST prefer: Intelligence, taller than me, loving or at least tolerant of my cat (I'm kinda suspicious of people who don't like cats and dogs), employed, have a home (not necessarily a house, but not homeless or a couch surfer), a car, dominant enough to make me submit(I've been told I am quite insolent), racially tolerant (I am white but from a multiracial family), fun, open minded, handsome, love sex, a cunning linguist, CONFIDENT, affectionate, kind, loyal, chivalrous...I prefer gentlemen to bring out the lady in me. (A gentleman is, afterall, just a patient wolf.)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU: have no kids, live alone, are college educated, can swing dance, are chivalrous, have a talent or skill.
