UPDATE: 9/5/11
Just finished first round of P90X. My goal was to reduce weight from 204 to 180. I beat that and am currently at 176. Starting another round of P90X but changing focus from weight loss to muscle tone. I've removed some of the older pics and will replace them with newer "G rated" pics". Strangely enough, my cock seems to have grown an additional 3/4". Nice bonus...
