How do I read the forums? What are they? What happens to my blog post when I include the forum?
The situation is that I write and post in my blog and it shows me the option to include my blog entry in the " forum ". But I don't know how to read what anyone else might have written in the forum too. Is it part of the magazine? something I can get to from my blog? when I tried to follow the help pages of alt, it said: What is a Forum? How do I make a blog post part of a Forum? The Blog Forums are a great way to share your blog with the community at large! The public forums cover a wide range of topics, from fetishes to body piercing to wine enthusiasts. On the main blog page, click on Forums and you'll see the many different topics of discussion - by marking your blog as part of a Forum, more members will be able to read and comment on it, giving you more visibility and more profile views! When you create a blog and want to showcase it in the public forums, simply choose which one from the Show in Forums drop down menu that appears below the text entry box of blog. If at anytime you wish to remove your blog from any forum, click Edit Post and select Don't Show in Forums from the dropdown menu. . .. . But, I can't find where on the main blog page I can click on Forums. Here, in the Magazine there are articles, but the topic title of the Forum I sent my last blog post to was "polyamory" and I don't see a Magazine article section called that. So, yes, I can send my blog to Forums, but my question is how to read the blog posts that other people have sent there. I am so curious to know who else wrote what on their alt blogs about polyamory. And what people might be blogging about humiliation play. And where other people might be travelling. .... the list goes on, and I hope I get to read these "Forums" soon ! |

when they post their blog posts so not all blog posts about specific topics will be listed. There is a Forum button on the main blog page it is in the block of links towards the top of the main blog page where you edit your blog settings and signature, where the "where I'm quoted" button and "browse by location" buttons are. If you want to look for other blog posts about polyamory or a specific topic you can always type keywords or phrases in the text search box above the recent post lists. ML. | |||
